I hate to say anything bad about teenagers on the red carpet so I'll just blame Elle Fanning's stylist for this.
This Rodarte dress has to be one of the ugliest dresses that I have seen in a long, long time. It looks like old curtains and is a little grannyish. It's the print not the shape or silhouette. And, to be honest, it looks a little big.
I'm not fond of the hair either. It reminds me of Daryl Hannah in Mermaid.
Elle Fanning is so cute, but who can see how cute she is when that dress is grabbing all of the attention.
