I do not comment on kids fashions.  Well, except for maybe Willow Smith.  However, when I saw this little cutie on the red carpet, I couldn't resist.

I bet this little girl felt like a million bucks on that red carpet.  I love the rainbow feather detail on the dress and her cute little gold ballet flats. 

As a teacher, we often see little girls dressed like their mothers on no uniform day.  Or like they're going to some type of club.  However, I am so glad that Rowan's parents/handlers allowed her to look like every bit of the sweet, little girl that she is.

She looks like a little girl and not like one of those Toddler & Tiaras girls.
