Personally, I don't think that there's enough material to even call this a dress. This Oclay Gulsen dress was super short AND the back was completely out. Then she wore sky high Christian Louboutin. I just find this to look like it was more for a club than an industry party.

One of the only redeeming factors of this outfit was this Edie Parker clutch.

Her necklace was beautiful, but her hair was just okay.
