I hope that you have a wonderful weekend. My kids' last day of school is on Tuesday, but football starts on Monday. I can't believe that the school year is finally over.
And, tell me, who had your favorite look of the week?
Maria Menounos is one of the most consistent celebrities on the red carpet.

And by consistent, I mean that she consistently well-dresed. The television personality wore a Marchesa gown for the occasion. The gown was done in a bright blue, and I love the sleek shape. The dress was held up with an embellished yoke. It was perfect.

The half up-half down hair style allowed for the neckline to stand out.
A+. Beautiful.
Here were others that stepped to the grey carpet for the Hollywood premiere of the latest Star Trek installment.

Maria Menounos

For an event held in the spring, this red carpet was really dark. However, I still managed to find my top looks from the event.
Jennifer Lawrence in David Koma

Elle Fanning in Lanvin

Lana Parrilla

Maria Menounos in Ilja Couture

Naya Rivera in Zac Posen

This is going to shock some people, but I loved Maria Menounos' look.

This is definitely not something that I would wear, but I think that it's stunning and edgy at the same time. The back of the gown was gorgeous. The sharp shoulders and black and white fabric gave it some edge.
One thing that I do want to say is that this dress is too much for Maria's small frame. But it was dramatic and stood out from all of the rest.

Her Scarpe Greymer shoes were perfect for the dress.

I love the hair, but the part should have been on the side.
A. Even though the gown overwhelms her frame, I can't help but to still love it.
Over the weekend, QVC held a style event.

Maria Menounos didn't wear the typical little black dress.

No, your eyes are not deceiving you. That dress has large spikes that could probably double as a dangerous weapon. I would love this dress even more had the hemline been above the knee. Who wears an edgy, below-the-knee dress? The look was finished off with a pair of sparkle, peep toe pumps.

I loved her bouffant ponytail as it went with the vibe of the dress. I'm not a fan of the orange lipstick.
A-. Lift that hemline and put on some vampy red lipstick.

From head-to-toe, I loved Maria Menounos' look.

Her Nicola Finetti dress was really pretty and right up my alley. It was black with a graphic white print. The halter-style dress had a drop waist. That particular silhouette is not easy to pull-off, and she looks amazing.

Styling can make or break a look, and these accessories complemented the dress well. Her jewelry was Hearts on Fire, and the shoes were Jimmy Choo. The orange footwear gave her some much needed color.

I can even forgive her hair with that particular neckline. Barely there make-up completed her look.
A+. I love it-the dress and the styling.
